Emergency Medical Services

Support the Emergency Medical Services of the Lebanese Succour Association (LSA)

Who we are?

The Lebanese Succour Association (LSA) is a humanitarian nongovernmental and nonprofit organization officially registered at the Lebanese Ministry of Interior (registration number 91). LSA is specialized in the field of emergency and relief in both ordinary circumstances and disaster and crisis circumstances.

LSA provides, through its related Emergency and Relief Corps (ERC), tens of thousands of free humanitarian missions for all those in need regardless of their gender, religion, country of origin, race, and/or affiliation.

Current Situation

Since 2019, Lebanon is facing very difficult and exceptional circumstances that were further exacerbated by an ongoing catastrophic economic and financial crisis. The Lebanese health system is one of the most affected sectors by the current crisis, and basic health services have become almost unaffordable for large numbers of individuals. Private hospitals, which account for 80% of hospitals, are now out of reach for the majority of Lebanese families, and many subjects cannot afford the transportation costs to a health center.

Under such dark circumstances, the public's need for our free Emergency Medical Services (EMS) became of greater necessity. Expanding the coverage of these services and increasing their numbers are urgently needed, but, unfortunately, the current crisis limits our ability to meet these needs.

However, we are fighting against this reality with our flesh and blood, and our volunteer paramedics in the hundreds are working around the clock to continue to serve our society at all moments.

Our Need

Therefore, to remain able to stay by the side of our people, we are launching an appeal to support our emergency medical services during 2024.

Leave your mark in the world of pain-relieving and the saving of lives.

Help, share, contribute, and donate to support our “Full preparedness, to answer the call of duty”
